Momokusa Studio（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するアプリ「Pomonote」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
本アプリは、当方が独自にユーザーの氏名、メールアドレスその他の個人を特定できる情報を収集することはありません。
本アプリは、Google AdMob を利用して広告を表示します。AdMob は、広告の配信・効果測定・分析のために、次の情報を収集・利用する場合があります。
これらの情報は、他社のアプリや Web サイトをまたいだトラッキングに使用される場合があります。詳細については、Google プライバシーポリシーおよびGoogle のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の使用についてをご確認ください。
iOS では、上記のトラッキングを行う前に許可を求めるダイアログが表示されます。「Appにトラッキングしないように要求」を選んでいただいても、本アプリのすべての機能はこれまでどおりご利用いただけます。その場合、表示される広告がお客様の興味に合わせたものではなくなります。
この設定は、iOS の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
欧州経済領域・英国・スイスのお客様には、広告のための情報利用について別途同意を確認する画面を表示します。同意の内容はアプリ内からいつでも変更できます。
アプリ内課金（広告非表示）をご購入いただくと、広告が恒久的に表示されなくなります。また、リワード広告（動画）を最後までご覧いただくと、その日のあいだ広告が表示されなくなります。
本アプリは、買い切り型のアプリ内課金（広告非表示）を提供します。課金処理は Apple（App Store）を通じて行われ、当方がお客様のクレジットカード番号等の支払い情報を取得・保存することはありません。
本アプリで扱うタイマー設定やポモドーロの記録（回数・時間）等のデータは、お客様の端末内に保存されます。これらのデータが当方のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
iCloud 同期を有効にした場合、これらのデータはお客様ご自身の iCloud アカウント（Apple Account。旧称 Apple ID）の iCloud Drive に保存され、同じアカウントでサインインしたお客様の端末間で共有されます。保存先は Apple が提供する領域であり、当方がその内容を閲覧・取得することはできません。iCloud 同期はアプリの設定からいつでも無効にできます。無効にしても、端末内のデータはそのまま残ります。
バックアップ機能を利用して書き出したファイルの保管・管理は、お客様ご自身の責任において行ってください。
本アプリは、タイマーの終了をお知らせするためにローカル通知を使用します。通知はお客様の端末内で完結し、外部サーバーを経由することはありません。通知の許可はいつでも端末の設定から変更できます。
アプリのクラッシュや動作の状況に関する情報が、Apple および広告配信事業者を通じて、不具合の修正と品質の改善のために収集される場合があります。これらの情報はお客様個人の特定には使用されません。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Momokusa Studio ("we") sets forth the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users' personal information in our application "Pomonote" (the "App").
We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or other personal details.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use the following information to deliver, measure, and analyse ads:
This information may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. For more details, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
On iOS, a dialog asks for your permission before any of the tracking described above takes place. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", every feature of the App continues to work exactly as before; the ads you see simply will not be tailored to your interests.
You can change this at any time in iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a separate consent screen asks how your information may be used for advertising. You can change your choices from within the App at any time.
Purchasing the in-app "Remove Ads" option hides ads permanently. Alternatively, watching a rewarded video ad through to the end hides ads for the rest of that day.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Ads"). All payment processing is handled by Apple (the App Store). We do not obtain or store any of your payment information, such as credit card numbers.
Data handled by the App, including your timer settings and Pomodoro records (counts and time), is stored on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
If you turn on iCloud sync, this data is also stored in the iCloud Drive of your own iCloud account (Apple Account, formerly Apple ID) and shared between your devices signed in to that account. That storage is provided by Apple, and we have no ability to view or retrieve its contents. You can turn iCloud sync off at any time in the App's settings; doing so leaves the data on your device untouched.
You are responsible for storing and managing any files you export using the backup feature.
The App uses local notifications to let you know when a timer ends. Notifications are handled entirely on your device and never pass through external servers. You can change notification permissions at any time in your device settings.
Information about crashes and app performance may be collected through Apple and our advertising provider in order to fix defects and improve quality. This information is not used to identify you.
This Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary. Any changes take effect when posted on this page.
